Hi! I’m Melissa and I help people feel better by moving more, breathing more and becoming more connected to their body. I just bought a Pilates Studio in Lake Zurich, IL.

 As an experienced yoga instructor since 2010 and a Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor since 2013, I've helped hundreds of people privately, in class settings, virtually! I work with people of all ages and abilities, but I especially like introducing people to the mindfulness, alignment, and control of Pilates and Yoga. I understand that all bodies are unique and aim to tailor every session to keep you safe and feeling great, whether you have a bum knee, Osteporosis, POTS, a hip replacement, none of the above or all of the above!
