Pilates Fundamentals and Workouts
6 Week Program

This course will help you engage your stomach muscles so you can strengthen your core. A strong core can help alleviate back and hip pain and lead to better balance and posture. You will get 12 thirty minute workouts divided into six weeks. Each week includes one fundamentals class and one workout utilizing the tabata method of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest done eight times with a minute rest between sets. Most workouts will be five sets.
